Office Towers and High-Rises

ADF Group has successfully delivered several projects for the design and engineering of connexions, the fabrication and the installation of steel structures and complex and heavy steel built-ups for high-quality office towers and skyscrapers in North America, including more than a dozen in New York alone.

Several of these multipurpose buildings house offices, condominiums, shops and restaurants, as well as some spectacular large halls, which usually feature specific geometry and architecture and are subject to special requirements and strict tolerances.

In 2013, One World Trade Center (or 1WTC), New York City’s new world-class architectural landmark became the tallest building in America at 541 meters or 1,776 feet high, symbolizing the year of America’s declaration of independence.

ADF Group was selected as the best partner for the construction of this important project because of its personnel know-how and its proven expertise in complex steel structures. ADF’s contract included the connection engineering, the fabrication and delivery of highly complex steel structures as well as heavy and oversized steel built-up components for a significant portion of this high-rise. This major project extended over a 5-year period.
