The largest of the contracts awarded to ADF is part of Salt Lake City's new terminal redevelopment program, and which includes the fabrication, industrial coatings and the steel structures and miscellaneous metals erecting work for the new terminal, two concourses and the airport's passenger gateway. ADF's contract also includes the supply of the shop drawings, the design and engineering of connections, as well as the supply of the raw material (steel).  This project, which is characterized by a high volume of tonnage, will entirely be carried out at ADF's fabrication plant and industrial paint shop based in Great Falls, Montana, USA. The project is scheduled to start in the coming weeks and will extend until the second quarter of ADF Group's 2019 fiscal year.

The second contract concerns the fabrication and installation of various steel structures and miscellaneous metals for a new building in Miami, Florida. The structural steel will be fabricated at ADF's Terrebonne complex and the structural steel and miscellaneous metals erecting work will be carried out by ADF's Steel Construction Services division based in Florida. This project is expected to be completed by December 2017.

Mr. Jean Paschini, Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, indicates that "the contract at Salt Lake City's new airport is an historic one for us, since it is one of the largest contracts, in term of value, ever signed by ADF in North America. The reputation of ADF in large-scale projects was considered as one of the factors in the final decision of our client, with whom we recently had the privilege to work with on a major project in the USA. The award of this major contract confirms once again the relevance of our expansion strategy in Western USA."

Mr. Paschini continues by adding that "our teams have the skills to meet the complexity level and the scope of these projects. We are very confident in the ability of our teams in Montana and in Florida to meet the challenges of these new projects with success."
