ADF's employees have cumulated several years of experience in structural steel works. Plant staff average 15 years of experience in heavy assembled structures, and many of them have worked on very complex convention center, airport and high-rise projects.

ADF's qualified workforce is an essential player in the success of such projects, and it has played and continues to play the main role in the recognition and the certifications awarded to ADF by the major steel construction associations.
