2. Linear Fabrication Process
 
ADF has established strict fabrication processes which give the Company control over all phases of production, from material purchase to product delivery.

Fabrication phases are carried out in a linear manner, from basic operations such as cutting and drilling, to component welding and complex assembly of heavy built-up steel structures.
 
Thanks to CNC production equipments implemented in the shop which take adavantage of leading 3D software, all steel component data are processed through the computer-assisted fabrication phases, allowing ADF's qualified workforce to deliver quality products while meeting or beating production deadlines.
 
3. Quality Control
 
ADF has established work methods and procedures which provide strict quality control applied to all fabricated steel pieces. Quality control personnel perform the inspection, testing and verification, and ensure that the final product meets the specifications and requirements given by the contract documents.

1. One-Stop Shop Structural Steel Services

The engineering, detailing, fabrication and assembly of structural and architectural steel components are produced at ADF's plant in Terrebonne, which covers an area of 630,000 sq. ft.

ADF's engineering and detailing expertise, its rigorous operating procedures, its qualified and experienced workforce, its leading-edge technology and equipments, all are under one roof, where 100,000 tons of complex structural steel per year can be fabricated.
